Working principle of fully automatic variable frequency speed regulation constant pressure fire water supply equipment:
When the system is in a stable state, due to the discharge of some gas from the water in the pressure tank, the pressure inside the tank decreases. When it reaches a certain pressure, the pressure sensor sends a signal to open the solenoid valve through the electric control box to discharge the water in the tank. When the water level drops to the lower limit, the solenoid valve closes and the liquid level sensor sends a signal to control the water replenishment pump to start working, replenishing water and air to the pressure tank.
When the water level reaches the upper limit, the actual water pump stops, but when the pressure inside the tank does not reach the set maximum working pressure, the solenoid valve opens and the tank drains. When the water level reaches the lower limit, the water replenishment pump starts again and cycles multiple times until the pressure and water level in the tank reach the specified position, at which point the water replenishment pump stops to ensure that the rated working pressure and water level are maintained in the tank at all times.
1. Fully automatic pneumatic water supply fire-fighting equipment: When a fire occurs and the fire hydrant is opened, a fire water column is immediately sprayed out. At the same time, the fire-fighting water stored in the pneumatic tank (10 minutes) is sent into the fire-fighting pipeline network by gas pressure to meet the ten minute fire-fighting flow and pressure.
2. Fully automatic emergency water supply and firefighting equipment: When a fire occurs and the fire hydrant is opened, a fire water column is immediately sprayed out, and the electric contact pressure gauge sends a signal to start the fire pump and supply the required firefighting water. If there is a power outage in the power grid, the main circuit will automatically switch to the backup power source to start the fire pump and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
3. Fully automatic diaphragm fire-fighting equipment: The working principle is basically the same as that of fully automatic emergency water supply fire-fighting equipment. The diaphragm fire-fighting equipment is equipped with diaphragm capsules, which can avoid the problem of air dissolving in water.
