instructions
1.0 Purpose: In order to operate and use the testing equipment correctly and ensure that the printing effect meets the specified requirements.
2.0 Scope: Used for printing product codes and codes
3.0 Responsibilities: Workshop operators are responsible for daily maintenance, while the mechanical and electrical equipment team is responsible for maintenance.
4.0 Work Procedure:
4.1 Before starting up, turn on the power and air switch, and adjust the reading of the pressure gauge to 5BAR. It is recommended to adjust the pressure knob clockwise for large reverse and counterclockwise for small.
4.2 After turning on the power, check if the reading on the instrument is "0". If other numbers are found, it means that the machine cannot be started and maintenance personnel should be sought for repair.
4.3 First press the "stop/print" button, then press the "front/back" control button to test whether the sliding frame slides back and forth normally and whether there are any abnormal sounds; Press the "up/down" control button to test if the transfer head lifting is normal,
Does the lifting position of the print head need to be adjusted, and is there any abnormal sound? When all parts are running normally, the machine can be operated.
4.4 Installation of transfer printing steel plate: First, clean the ink tray, adjust the gap position with appropriate drill pads, and tighten the transfer printing steel plate onto the ink tray.
4.5 Installation of oil brush: Cut the width of the oil brush steel plate and trim the cut to prevent brush bristles from falling off, and fix the oil brush on the clamp plate; In the case of shutdown, first lower the machine head and adjust the lifting adjustment screw of the oil brush until the oil brush touches the ink, then adjust it by about 3mm so that the oil brush can sweep the entire steel plate with ink.
4.6 Installation of Scraper: First, cut the length of the blade to be slightly 3-5mm shorter than the width of the steel plate. Fix the blade in place when the machine is stopped, and then lower it by 0.5 (it is generally not advisable to change it arbitrarily in daily operation).
4.7 Ink Preparation: Select different types of ink according to the material of the sample to be printed, and mix them according to the ratio provided by the ink manufacturer. Generally, the amount to be added should be 5mm below the surface of the steel plate
It is advisable to use it on both sides. If a solidified layer appears on the surface after a period of use, it can be removed and an appropriate amount of diluent can be added to adjust to the appropriate viscosity
After each operation, the remaining ink should be poured out and the ink tray and steel plate surface should be cleaned to avoid curing and affecting the quality of the next use. Rust proof oil should be applied to the steel plate surface.
4.8 Operating instructions: When starting the operation, first press the "stop/print" button, then press the "front/back" and "up/down" buttons to try printing 1-2 pieces, see if the printing effect meets the requirements, and then press the "automatic/oil scanning" button for automatic printing. Part of the surface of the workpiece needs to be printed, and a degreaser should be used to remove surface oil stains.
Smoking is strictly prohibited when operating the machine, and the surface of the machine should be kept clean regularly. Lubricating oil should be added to the sliding parts at regular intervals, and 30 # lubricating oil should be added to the oil mist device at regular intervals. The dripping speed is generally 500 times/
Dripping is advisable. Adjust the knob counterclockwise to accelerate, otherwise it will slow down; Regularly drain the water or dirt from the filter by pressing the "needle valve" at the bottom of the rubber cup upwards multiple times.
