The automatic picking system independently developed by Haiming Company adopts advanced technologies such as RFID, barcode automatic recognition, database, PLC, etc. The goods that need to be sorted are placed on the automatic picking shelves in advance, and are automatically collected into the picking box according to the order by relying on belt conveyor and computer control. The picking process is unmanned.

Automated picking can be performed on hundreds or thousands of SKUs, with a capacity of 5000 orders per hour (one line). Picking personnel only need to complete order printing and shelf replenishment operations, greatly improving picking efficiency and reducing labor costs.
