(1) Main purpose: The boiling dryers produced by our company are divided into explosion-proof and non explosion-proof types, each of which is suitable for different production processes and requirements to meet the production needs of different enterprises.

(2) Working principle: This machine uses a centrifugal fan to create negative pressure inside the bed, sucking in cold air. The cold air is filtered through coarse and sub high efficiency filters to remove small dust particles, and then enters the air heat exchange for heating, so that the incoming air is heated to the desired set temperature (set to the desired temperature using an XMT-192 temperature regulator, outputting a 0-10mA current signal to a DQ-100 electrical converter, and proportionally converting it to a pressure of 20-100Kpa to adjust the steam film valve). The incoming hot air passes through a gas distribution plate to form an air column with a speed of several tens of meters per second, impacting the material. Negative pressure is formed between the air columns to roll and suck up the material, causing the entire material layer to form a boiling state. In addition, stirring is used to adjust large pieces of material. By stirring, it is not easy to form dead corners in the bed. The rising moisture flows through the capture bag and enters the fan for discharge. The fine powder that rises with the airflow is trapped in the capture bag. This machine is suitable for drying granular materials with good flow.
