3、 Structure Overview

The outer shell of this product is made of steel plate, with a surface sprayed with plastic. The workshop is made of stainless steel plate, which is durable. The outer door is equipped with an observation window and a double-layer insulated glass door, making it easy to observe the experimental situation inside the box.

Adopting an intelligent microcomputer controller, it is easy to operate and can set multiple parameters (time, temperature) to simulate the natural environment. The box adopts axial flow fan for forced convection, improving the temperature uniformity performance inside the box

4Fault handling

1、 When the temperature sensor malfunctions and the measured temperature is higher than60℃When there is an open circuit, the temperature indicator window displays on the upper row“□□□”. When the temperature is below -5℃When, the temperature indicator window displays in the lower row“□□□”. When the above situation occurs, all outputs except for lighting will be automatically turned off. Please carefully check the wiring in the above situation. If there is no problem with the wiring, please replace the sensor.

5、 Precautions

1During the transportation of this product, it is prohibited to invert or tilt it at an angle greater than 45 degrees.

2Do not frequently set the temperature and humidity during use to avoid overloading and affecting the lifespan of the compressor caused by frequent start-up.

3、 This product has thermal resistance short circuit and open circuit protection. When the thermistor short circuits or breaks, the machine automatically stops heating or cooling.

4、 The cultivation items inside the box should not be stored too much and should be placed with gaps to facilitate air circulation inside the box.

5Do not touch or collide with the temperature and humidity sensors inside the box to avoid damage and loss of control.

6、 Do not use acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive solutions to wipe the surface. Use a dry step to clean it.

7、 When the device is not in use, the box should be kept dry and the power should be cut off. All switches should be set to0Location.

8、 This product is operated and maintained by professional personnel, and non electrical personnel are not allowed to repair the equipment. It is strictly prohibited to carry out point maintenance.
