The H-type (fully automatic) image measuring instrument VMS -4030H is an enhanced CNC image measuring instrument launched by our company. Its structure is exquisite and elegant, easy to operate, and combined with our company's independently developed QIM5008 automatic measurement software, it can achieve efficient batch measurement.

Programmable constant current driven four ring four zone surface cold light source, suitable for complex workpiece measurement
● Equipped with fast autofocus, automatic edge finding, powerful programming, and automatic measurement functions
Adopting sub-pixel subdivision technology to improve boundary resolution capability
Online SPC data processing and analysis, large-scale fixture measurement
● X, Y, Z three-axis stepper servo control, high positioning accuracy and fast speed, with X and Y speeds up to 180mm/s and smooth operation
Adopting a self-developed embedded module control system, the responsible control system is integrated into the instrument for higher stability
Using granite low seat, stable performance, not easily deformed
Laser pointer indicates the measurement position for quick positioning
