The H100P5 flexible manufacturing unit is a high-tech product developed independently based on the absorption of advanced foreign technology and combined with China's national conditions. This flexible manufacturing unit has the functions of automatic storage and transportation of workpieces and control management. The H100P5 flexible manufacturing unit adopts the Japanese FANUC-18iMC CNC system, with X, Y, Z, and B four axis linkage and AC servo electric spindle. The chain knife magazine can accommodate 160 cutting tools, five loading and unloading platforms, and one rotating handling robot. The knife magazine and rotary handling manipulator are controlled by PLC, integrating computer technology, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The mechanical structure has high strength, complete functions, and high positioning accuracy.
The H100P5 flexible manufacturing unit can be used as an independent processing and production equipment, as well as a basic component module for larger and more complex flexible manufacturing systems and flexible automatic lines.
