Overview:
The latest upgraded product of H712X lever type float ball valve is suitable for water supply systems of various high-level water tanks, water pools, and water towers in industrial and mining enterprises, civil buildings, etc. Its working principle: When the water level in the pool or tank drops, the float in the valve descends, and the pressure water in the pipeline opens the sealing surface of the valve, allowing water to flow out from both sides of the valve; When the water level rises to the control line, the float rises, causing the pressure on the main valve cover to increase. The pressure in the middle chamber of the main valve begins to increase. When the pressure in the middle chamber is greater than the pipeline pressure, the valve disc rises and closes, and the valve stops supplying water. This valve has a unique design, sensitive response, and fast closing. Features such as small size and easy installation.

Working principle of lever float ball valve: When the water level in the pool or tank drops, the float in the valve descends, and the pressure water in the pipeline opens the sealing surface of the valve, and water is sprayed out from both sides of the valve; When the water level rises to the control line, the float rises and the piston moves up to seal the sealing surface, and the valve stops supplying water.

■ Precautions and maintenance:
1. Fix the inlet pipe on a horizontal surface, and then connect this valve to the inlet pipe according to its specifications. The main inlet pipe should be compatible with the nominal diameter of this valve, and the water flow rate before the valve should not exceed 2 meters per second. When in use, the shut-off valve in front of this valve should be fully opened. If two valves are installed in the same water tank, they should be kept on the same horizontal plane. Before installing and using this valve, be sure to flush out any impurities in the pipeline.
2. Under normal water quality conditions, this valve should be maintained once or twice a year. When the water cleanliness is poor, the maintenance frequency should be appropriately increased. The maintenance method is as follows:
Remove the valve from the inlet pipe; Unscrew the four screws on the protective cylinder; Remove the pin shaft from the control rod, take out the valve core and sealing gasket; Unscrew the four bolts, detach the base from the valve body, and remove the compression spring; Push the throttle cover and piston downwards from the inlet; Unscrew the connecting nut between the throttle cover and the piston; Remove the sealing gasket and rubber sealing ring from the piston. After disassembly, the scale and heavy impurities of each component should be removed, and the small holes of the throttle cover and base should be unblocked with copper wire. Damaged seals should be replaced. The assembly sequence is opposite to the disassembly sequence.
During the above work process, be careful not to touch or deflate the protective cylinder and float.
