4、 Product Description:

1. The aseptic tank system is one of the key equipment in aseptic production lines, which is a buffer tank and storage tank that receives materials that have undergone ultra-high temperature sterilization. In recent years, advanced aseptic tank systems from abroad have been continuously imported, stimulating domestic enterprises in China to develop and produce such equipment. In the past two years, small-scale aseptic can production has been carried out in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong and other places, which has played a good role in promoting the development of aseptic packaging technology in China. However, domestically produced equipment of this kind generally has problems such as short sterilization time, unstable aseptic performance, low automation level, and low production yield. Based on long-term research and development practice and drawing on the principles of similar advanced equipment from abroad, the author intends to conduct in-depth theoretical discussions on the sterility of this equipment in order to facilitate localization.

2. This series of containers has heating and insulation functions, and is designed, manufactured, pressure tested, and accepted in accordance with GB150-89<<Technical Conditions for Steel Pressure Vessels>>.

3. The capacity is available in specifications ranging from 100L to 10000L, and can also be designed and processed according to the actual needs of customers.

4. The heat insulation material of the container is made of high temperature resistant and anti-aging integral pearl cotton.

5. The interface is an international standard quick release chuck type, and the inner liner is made of imported 316L or 304. The surface is polished with a mirror finish Ra ≤ 0.28 m, and the outer surface is polished with matte, mirror finish, sandblasted or cold-rolled primary color matte.

6. The tank is equipped with a liquid level gauge, air breathing port, thermometer, inlet and outlet ports, circulation pump interface, manhole, CIP cleaning ball, sight glass, and sight light.

7. This system serves as a buffer tank and storage tank for receiving sterile materials. It mainly consists of three parts: the tank body, valve group, and control.

8. The material of the tank body is SUS304 stainless steel, and the structure is a jacket type. The maximum working pressure of the tank is 0.3MPa, and it can also withstand vacuum. The height of the tank support legs can be adjusted. The top of the tank is equipped with a rotating cleaning ball that can be switched to CIP for cleaning the tank body. There is a water distributor on the upper part of the jacket to facilitate cooling of the sterilized tank.

9. Variable frequency constant pressure water supply system:

(1) By installing a pressure sensor on the outlet pipe network, the outlet pressure signal is converted into a 4-20mA standard signal and sent to the PID regulator. After calculation and comparison with the given pressure, a comparison parameter is obtained and sent to the frequency converter. The frequency converter controls the speed of the motor, adjusts the water supply of the system, and maintains the pressure on the water supply pipe network at the given pressure. When the water consumption exceeds the water supply of one pump, the PLC controls the switch to add the pump.

(2) According to the size of water consumption, the number of working pumps is controlled by PLC to increase or decrease, and the speed of the water pumps is adjusted by the frequency converter to achieve constant pressure water supply. When the water supply load changes, the voltage and frequency of the input motor also change accordingly, thus forming a closed-loop control system based on the set pressure. In addition, the system also has multiple protection functions, fully ensuring timely maintenance of the water pump and normal water supply of the system.

Five. Security performance:

The aseptic tank unit ensures the highest level of production safety through constant pressure and temperature control. One of the standards for sterile tanks is to install steam isolation control on the external equipment of the tank. Therefore, a continuous sterile production environment has been achieved.

Currently, with the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the consumption of various drinking water, beverages, and dairy products is increasing, which naturally puts higher requirements on food packaging: long shelf life and unchanged taste. So various sterile drinking water, beverages, sterile milk, sterile food and other sterile products continue to emerge, and the market prospects are promising. This has led many food companies to actively introduce developed sterile production lines from abroad. But in order to save foreign exchange, we try to introduce advanced equipment and equipment that is not available domestically. If we can develop and manufacture it ourselves, there is no need to import it. We developed and researched the aseptic tank system precisely for this purpose. This system is optimized and designed by our research group in combination with equipment from Sweden's Tetra Pak and Japan's Precision Research Institute.

As a sterile tank unit, a sterile tank connects ultra-high temperature equipment and packaging equipment. The aseptic time of the aseptic tank is longer than the production time, which not only ensures the quality of continuous production products, but also avoids product reheating due to production stoppage or packaging line overload. Another advantage is that the sterilization intermediate storage tank for sterile products ensures that subsequent production can be carried out even during CIP.

The size of the tank can range from 0.5 to 20 tons, depending on the quantity of the product.

The sterile tank unit can be independently sterilized and can be flexibly connected to one or more production lines or packaging lines, so different products can be filled simultaneously without manual mixing.

1. Steam sterilization of tanks and valve groups:

All tanks and pipelines in contact with sterile products should be sterilized with steam at a temperature of 140 ℃ and a pressure of 0.27MPa, passing through two 25 μ m steam grade filters. When the temperature of the tank rises to 115 ℃ and the temperature inside the tank reaches 140 ℃, sterilization can begin and last for 2400 seconds.

2. Cooling of tanks and valve groups:

After steam sterilization, the cooling water is automatically sprayed out from the spray pipe in the jacket, causing the temperature of the tank to decrease and the pressure inside the tank to drop. To prevent the pressure from dropping too quickly, the pressure sensor at the bottom of the tank opens the solenoid valve and regulating valve, and sterile air is introduced into the tank to maintain pressure balance. The cooling time is 900s.

3. Filling:

During the process of filling and discharging materials, oil-free sterile air enters the upper part of the tank through the air filters and pressure regulating valves of two 0.22 μ m machines, keeping the pressure at the bottom of the tank constant and ensuring stable feeding to the filling machine. At the same time, the steam pipeline connected to the material pipe and sterile valve is filled with 0.1 MPa steam, forming a sterile barrier to ensure the sterility of the filling process.

4. CIP cleaning:

The CIP cleaning pipeline has two channels: after production is stopped, the operator issues a cleaning command, and the pipeline is connected to CIP cleaning solution. One channel passes through the rotating cleaning ball at the top of the pipeline to clean the tank and pipeline; Another way is to clean the filling machine and pipelines through several organically connected sterile valves. Due to the high smoothness of the inner walls of the tank and pipelines, and the absence of dead corners, bacteria cannot stay, thus ensuring the sterility of the pipelines. Firstly, wash the inner wall of the tank with alkaline solution at a concentration of 1% and a temperature of 70 ℃ for 5 minutes; Then rinse the tank with cold water for 10 minutes. If there is scale on the inner wall of the tank, it needs to be cleaned with 1% acid solution for 20 minutes, and then cleaned with clean water to drain all the liquid.

1. The system equipment is entitled to a one-year free warranty, which starts from the date of product acceptance. Consumable filter materials are not included in this warranty.
2. If any equipment quality problems occur during the warranty period (excluding those caused by misoperation or unforeseeable factors), the supplier shall repair them free of charge and be responsible for replacing damaged parts.
After the warranty period expires, only a certain material fee and appropriate technical service fee will be charged.
If there is a malfunction in the system operation that cannot be resolved by oneself or by phone, our technical maintenance personnel will provide a solution (including temporary measures) and schedule within 24 hours after receiving written notice of the malfunction from the demand side, and will report to the leaders of both parties.
