4、 Product Description:

The LCLE-4040 low-pressure desalination reverse osmosis membrane element is a polyamide composite membrane developed by Heideneng for surface water and groundwater. It has the characteristics of low-pressure operation, high water production, and good desalination performance. It can achieve the same high water flux and high desalination rate as conventional low-pressure membranes at lower operating pressures. Its operating pressure is about 2/3 of the operating pressure of conventional low-pressure composite membranes, and the desalination rate can reach 99.5%. It can be used for the treatment of surface water, groundwater, and municipal tap water with a salt content of less than 2000ppm. The 8-inch desalination membrane is mainly used for process pure water and boiler feed water in large and medium-sized chemical, pharmaceutical, food, power plant, and electronic plants. It can also be used for desalination and purification of municipal water. ,

Reverse osmosis membranes are widely used in fields such as power, petrochemicals, steel, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, municipal and environmental protection. 1. The system equipment is entitled to a one-year free warranty, which starts from the date of product acceptance. Consumable filter materials are not included in this warranty.
2. If any equipment quality problems occur during the warranty period (excluding those caused by misoperation or unforeseeable factors), the supplier shall repair them free of charge and be responsible for replacing damaged parts.
After the warranty period expires, only a certain material fee and appropriate technical service fee will be charged.
If there is a malfunction in the system operation that cannot be resolved by oneself or by phone, our technical maintenance personnel will provide a solution (including temporary measures) and schedule within 24 hours after receiving written notice of the malfunction from the demand side, and will report to the leaders of both parties.
After the delivery of the equipment, our company will have engineers come for follow-up visits to understand the operation of the equipment and provide timely technical services. We welcome any technical inquiries from users and will respond promptly.
