2、 Usage method

When using, first place half of the water in the tank, then plug in the power and turn on the power switch. The digital display will light up. Wait a few seconds, wait for the digital display to stabilize. At this point, the digital display shows the current solution temperature. Turn on the circulation pump switch, and the circulation pump inside the box will start working. When setting the temperature: press once“set”Press the key and the number will display as "Day by Day". The small green light will turn on, then press again“▲，▼”Point to set the required temperature for work (short press)“▲，▼”Click to jump a number, long press to quickly jump a number) Set the temperature and start working. At this time, the small red light will light up and heating will begin. When the set temperature is reached, the small red light will turn off, indicating that it has entered constant temperature. Press again when resetting the temperature“set”Press the key again. Set temperature lower than the temperature inside the box, heating does not work

Intelligent control parameter setting: Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner layer parameter setting state of the instrument.

E: This parameter is the advance amount for heating stop when P=0. When P is not equal to 0, the instrument operates in intelligent PID mode. When PI is not equal to 0, parameter E is meaningless. If the set value is 50 ℃ and the advance amount is 0.5, the relay will release when the instrument controls heating at 49.5 ℃. When the temperature drops to 50 ℃ -0.5 ℃=49.5 ℃, the relay will close again. The larger the advance amount, the fewer times the relay will act. If the advance amount is too large, it will reduce the control accuracy. After adjusting the advance parameter, press the SET button for 3 seconds to return the instrument to its normal working state

P: For the proportional band, which refers to the proportional control value, the instrument operates in PID mode with the set value as the center and the P value distributed on both sides of the set point within the P value range.

T: For the heating output cycle, which is the working cycle of the relay, a small T value is easy to control, but a too small T value can reduce the lifespan of the relay due to frequent operation. Generally, the T value is taken as 20-60 seconds.

To simplify the operation, the integration time (I) and differentiation time (D) of the instrument are designed as hidden parameters, with default values of I=180 and D=45

When not working, the power should be cut off. To ensure use, please connect the ground wire, keep the instrument clean and dry, and strictly prohibit solution from entering the machine to avoid damaging the parts and prevent severe vibration

3、 Precautions

1. This instrument should be effectively grounded during use to prevent electrical leakage. Please pay attention.

2. It is strictly prohibited to heat the electric heating tube inside the box without water to avoid burning it out.

3. After completing the work, turn off the power switch.
