1、 Characteristics and Applications:
Water bath pots are mainly suitable for laboratories and laboratories in major universities, scientific research enterprises and institutions, for distillation, drying, concentration and temperature soaking of various chemical samples and biological products.
This water bath pot combines the advantages of a general constant temperature water bath pot: the inner pot is welded with stainless steel plates, and the cover plate has a large aperture12Cover each hole with four circles. The temperature control adopts digital display control, which improves the accuracy of constant temperature and makes the temperature display intuitive and clear.

3、 Usage:
ATo indicate heating, the light will turn on during operation and turn off when the temperature is constant
BPress and hold it to increase the value when setting the temperature
CWhen setting the temperature, hold it down and the value will decrease
DTo set the temperature knob
1)When using, first add water to the pot, with the water level higher than the surface of the electric heating tube. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the temperature display will light up: at this time, press "D" to see the digits flashing, and then press "B" or "C" to see the digits display to the temperature value you need. (Short press "B" and "C" to jump to the last digit, long hold "B" and "C" to quickly jump to the last digit and save your work time) Then press "D" to reset. At this point, the number displays the current temperature. Wait a few seconds for the "A" light to turn on, indicating that the heating has entered the working state. When the heating reaches the set temperature, the "A" light will turn off and enter constant temperature to stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, heating will resume. Automatic repetition, no need for further operation. (Set the temperature lower than the temperature inside the box instrument)

If compared, the water solution in the pot should be thoroughly stirred to make the water temperature uniform. It is necessary to wait for the "constant temperature" and "rising temperature" to automatically contrast several times before proceeding.
2)Intelligent control parameter setting: Press the D key for seconds to enter the inner layer parameter setting state of the instrument.
EWhen P=0, this parameter is the advance amount for stopping heating. When P is not equal to 0, the instrument operates in intelligent PID mode. When PI is not equal to 0, parameter E is meaningless. If the set value is 50 ℃ and the advance amount is 0.5, the relay will release when the instrument controls heating at 49.5 ℃. When the temperature drops to 50 ℃ -0.5 ℃=49.5 ℃, the relay will close again. The larger the advance amount, the fewer times the relay will act. If the advance amount is too large, it will reduce the control accuracy. After adjusting the advance parameter, press the D key for 3 seconds to return the instrument to its normal working state
PThe proportional band refers to the proportional control value. The instrument is centered around the set value and the P-value is distributed on both sides of the set point. Within the P-value range, the instrument operates in PID mode.
TFor the heating output cycle, which is the working cycle of the relay, a small T value is easy to control, but a too small T value can reduce the lifespan of the relay due to frequent operation. Generally, the T value is taken as 20-60 seconds.
To simplify the operation, the integration time (I) and differentiation time (D) of the instrument are designed as hidden parameters, with default values of I=180 and D=45
When not working, the power should be cut off. To ensure use, please connect the ground wire, keep the instrument clean and dry, and strictly prohibit solution from entering the machine to avoid damaging the parts and prevent severe vibration
4、 Attention:
1This product uses 220V AC power, and the power input is a three pin plug. The grounding wire should be properly grounded to ensure safety.
2It is not advisable to add too much water to the pot to prevent the water from overflowing when boiling. However, a low water level should not expose the heating tube to the water surface to avoid burning it out.
3Clean the instrument thoroughly after use and cut off the power supply.
