Principle and application scope of ion nozzle
HM-405C ion air nozzle is a fixed anti-static device that eliminates surface static electricity on objects; It needs to be used together with compressed air and high-pressure generator.The HM-405C ion air nozzle can generate a large amount of air masses with positive and negative charges, which can be blown out by compressed gas to neutralize the charges carried on objects. When the surface charge of an object is negative, it will attract positive charges in the airflow. When the surface charge of an object is positive, it will attract negative charges in the airflow, thereby neutralizing the static electricity on the surface of the object and achieving the goal of eliminating static electricity. High speed compressed air can also blow away stubborn dust deposits on the object.
