HM-405F Inductive Ion Air Nozzle is a fixed device for eliminating static electricity on the surface of objects.The HM-405F induction ion nozzle can generate a large amount of air masses with positive and negative charges, which can be blown out by compressed air to neutralize the charges carried on objects. When the surface charge of an object is negative, it will attract positive charges in the airflow. When the surface charge of an object is positive, it will attract negative charges in the airflow, thereby neutralizing the static electricity on the surface of the object and achieving the goal of eliminating static electricity. High speed compressed air can also blow away stubborn dust deposits on the object.
The characteristic of HM-405F induction type ion air nozzle is that an induction switch is installed next to the nozzle. When an object passes through the induction switch, the ion air nozzle automatically blows out ion air. If there is no object in front of the induction switch, the ion air nozzle will automatically stop blowing air. This induction function can save a lot of air source and is particularly suitable for installation on automatic assembly lines for automatic electrostatic and dust removal; HM-007G high-voltage generator is required for use together.
