The Hao Nameplate HM-546 integral ion air rod has three measures to deal with electrostatic discharge: grounding, shielding, and neutralization. This product is a precision device that quickly eliminates static electricity based on the "Zhonghe" principle, commonly known as an electrostatic eliminator or ion air rod. It is widely used in industries such as plastic products, printing, spray painting, film, film products, medicine, and food packaging. It is also widely used for static elimination and dust removal in various production processes of automated production equipment such as electronics, communication, biology, and laboratories. This product adopts a safety structure with a built-in high-voltage generator. The high-voltage generator is placed inside the air rod cavity, and the high-voltage output is controlled and adjusted through an automatic ion balance system. It is designed with high-voltage abnormal alarm prompt function and cleaning electrode needle prompt function.

6、 Installation and use

Place of use:
Please install this product in a location that is convenient for staff to observe the power switch indicator light. Compressed air should be dried and filtered to prevent water and oil from blocking the air outlet. The temperature should be below 40 ℃ and should not be used in flammable and explosive places.
Usage:
1. Install the rubber gasket on the plastic columns at both ends of the wind rod, then cover the bracket on the plastic columns at both ends of the wind rod, press it tightly, and then cover the metal gasket with screws and install it in the screw holes at both ends of the wind rod. After adjusting the blowing angle, fix and tighten the screws.
2. Insert the output terminal of the attached DC24V DC stabilized power supply line into the terminal hole on one side of the wind rod (pay attention to the docking direction), and then connect the other end of the power supply female to the low-voltage 24V terminal of the equipment.
Note: The red wire is the positive terminal of DC24V, the black wire is the negative terminal (neutral wire) of DC24V, the green wire is the grounding wire, and the white and yellow wires are the alarm signal output wires.
After connecting the power supply, the first green indicator light on the right (POWER) will light up for about 2 seconds, and then the second green light on the right (RUN) will light up, indicating that the wind rod is starting to work normally.
4. Working distance: The distance between the outlet (electrode needle) of the ion air rod and the working surface (the static surface of the object or product that generates static charges) should not be less than 50mm, and the maximum distance should be 2000mm.
5. Customers can install an external pressure regulating valve and a miniature air filter at the inlet end as needed to adjust the air volume. The recommended working pressure is between 0.05Mpa and 0.5Mpa, and should not exceed 0.5Mpa.
6. This device has the function of automatic balance adjustment of positive and negative ions, without the need for manual adjustment.
When the high voltage operation is abnormal and ALARM lights up red, the power should be turned off and the supplier should be notified for maintenance.
8. When the CLEAN light is on and flashing, please turn off the power, clean the electrode needle with a sponge head cotton swab or a dust-free cloth cotton swab, press the RESET button with a wooden or plastic stick with a diameter of ￠ 3mm, or turn off the power and restart it.
9. Please turn off the power when this device stops working.

7、 Regarding the abnormal alarm function

When the following situations occur, the high-voltage working alarm indicator light will light up and sound an alarm.
When the high-voltage output is short circuited.
2. The high voltage output is too low.
During high voltage abnormal discharge.
When a high voltage alarm prompt appears, the red indicator light ALARM lights up. The user can turn off the power and restart the switch. If the red light continues to light up, please contact the supplier or manufacturer for repair.

8、 Daily maintenance

The cleaning frequency can be set according to the usage environment. When used in a clean room, it can be set to clean once every 1000-3000 hours, while in a normal environment, it can be set to 500-800 hours. The maintenance of the ion air rod is very simple. Only the electrode needle needs to be cleaned once after about 800 hours of use. When cleaning, please turn off the power and use a dust-free cotton swab or sponge cotton swab to "poke" the electrode needle a few times. Rotate the digital switch T-SELECT.
