The HTF/PYHL-14A series high-temperature smoke exhaust energy-saving ventilation fan is a new type of fan that is between axial and centrifugal fans. It has the characteristics of high pressure of centrifugal fans, high flow rate of axial fans, high efficiency, good energy saving, low noise, and easy installation. This series of ventilation fans is designed with a new type, compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy installation, and can save 20% of electricity compared to old centrifugal fans. When the speed is less than 2000r/min, the noise is less than 75dB (A). When the fan is connected to the pipeline and installed in the air conditioning box, the noise is less than 70dB (A). It can replace medium and low pressure centrifugal fans below 200pa and is widely used in industrial and civil building ventilation and dust removal. The PYHL-14A series fan is a derivative product of the HTF series. The inlet end of the fan is equipped with a collection muffler, and the product can operate normally for 1 hour at an ambient temperature of around 300 ℃. It can not only provide ventilation and air exchange, but also play a dual role in high-temperature smoke exhaust. It is suitable for fire protection facilities such as underground tunnels, underground shopping malls, and underground garages.

1、 Structural characteristics of the fan

The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet collector, guide vanes, electric motor and other components. The impeller is welded onto the hub using twisted flat plates with meridian acceleration characteristics. After dynamic balance verification and overspeed test, it has good aerodynamic performance. The casing adopts a cylindrical shape and is connected to the current collector with noise reduction function as a whole. The outlet is equipped with flow deflectors, which have good airflow distribution and stable pressure. The PYHL-14A fan is designed with secondary air intake, which is beneficial for reducing the ambient temperature of the motor.

2、 The purpose of the fan

The HTF series (PYHL-14A) high-temperature smoke exhaust mixed flow ventilation fan is widely used for ventilation and fire high-temperature smoke exhaust in underground tunnels, underground garages, high-end civil buildings, metallurgy, factories, mines and other places. The working temperature of the HTF (PYHL-14A) series fan is 300 ℃. Viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained are not equal to 150mg/m3. Explosion proof mixed flow fans can be used in special environments.

3、 Selection of fan performance

The performance of the fan can be checked from the table, which lists the performance within the high efficiency range. It is divided into five characteristics according to the flow rate, and the performance table should be followed when selecting. The qualified performance of the fan at the factory should not exceed ± 5% of the total pressure value at the rated flow rate. The performance selection table is the performance under standard conditions. Regardless of the technical documents or order requirements, the performance shall be based on the standard state. The standard state has an atmospheric pressure of 101325pa, t=20, and a relative temperature of -50% air state. When the actual usage conditions do not meet the above requirements, relevant formulas shall be used for conversion. The installation methods of fans can be divided into vertical and horizontal types. If vertical installation is specified in the order, and there are special requirements for performance parameters such as flow rate, pressure installation size, etc., the company will design and produce them separately for you. The flow rate value of the HTF (PYHL-14A) series ventilation fan is the flow rate value of high-temperature air at 300 ℃, which is ± 5% higher than the flow rate value of the HL3-2A series fan used normally
