The HX-DT series toxic gas detector detects gas concentration online, displays concentration values (display type), alarms for exceeding standards (alarm type), and transmits gas concentration to the collection equipment through communication cables. Adopting modular design (including detector module and sensor module), anti misplacement lockable connection wires are used between modules. An independent sensor module that can be paired with multiple types of sensors. Implemented on-site maintenance free, allowing for direct module replacement without the need for re zeroing, calibration, or setup. The detector equipped with an infrared remote control can achieve remote operation up to 5 meters away.
Principle: The detector adopts an imported gas sensor, which can convert the gas concentration signal into a voltage signal in a linear proportion. After amplification and processing, it is sent to the microcontroller for analog-to-digital conversion, and the converted data signal is analyzed and processed linearly by software. Handling process: Fault diagnosis concentration judgment concentration processing conversion output. The output signal is transmitted to the controller (HXK series) through RS485 standard signal/4-20mA standard signal.
This series of detectors has high stability, low power consumption, multiple output modes, and strong anti-interference ability. Especially suitable for flammable and explosive places with harsh working environments that are difficult for workers to approach. This product can be widely used in departments such as petrochemicals, oil fields, oil depots, liquefied gas stations, coal mines, environmental protection, fire protection, etc. It is an ideal monitoring instrument to ensure property and personal safety.
