
1、 Overview
The HXS negative pressure fiberglass bag dust collector is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, stable and reliable dust collection equipment developed by Jiangsu Zhongkuang Ube Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. based on the LFEF fiberglass bag dust collector chamber back blowing and cleaning technology, absorbing advanced technologies from many bag filters at home and abroad. Under high dust concentration flue gas conditions of less than 260LC, this dust collector can operate efficiently for a long time. It adopts upward or downward negative pressure operation, and adopts a three state reverse blowing dust cleaning method. The electrical control adopts PLC programmable controller timing or constant pressure control, temperature detection display, etc. It can be repaired without stopping the machine without affecting production. The fiberglass bag used is 8-12 meters long and has a diameter of 200-300mm. The filtration area of this type of equipment ranges from 1236m2 to 13032m2, and the processing air volume ranges from 26000m3/h to 300000m3/h. It can be selected as needed.
This device can be widely used for purifying industrial waste gases such as electricity, metallurgy, carbon black, and cement. Smoke and dust from cement rotary kilns, grate coolers, dryers, power plant boilers, lime kilns, metallurgical sintering machines, and electric arc furnaces.
2、 Working principle
During normal operation, under the action of the ventilation fan, dusty gas is sucked into the intake manifold, evenly distributed to each intake chamber through each intake branch pipe, and then flows into the filter bag. A large amount of dust is trapped on the filter bag, while the airflow passes through the filter bag to achieve purification. The purified airflow is discharged into the atmosphere through the bag chamber along the exhaust duct and into the chimney.
As the dust adhering to the surface of the filter bag fabric thickens, the resistance of the dust collector continues to rise. This requires regular dust cleaning to reduce the resistance below the specified lower limit for the dust collector to operate normally. The entire dust cleaning process is mainly completed through the actions of the pneumatic main valve, blowback valve, exhaust valve, blowback blower, and dust cleaning control mechanism. Firstly, start the anti blow dryer, then simultaneously or sequentially close the exhaust valve, open the pneumatic main valve and anti blow valve. Through the anti blow action of the anti blow dryer, the filter bag changes from bulging to shrinking. After a certain period of time, the blowback valve and pneumatic main valve are closed, and the exhaust valve is opened. A large amount of dusty gas rushes in from top to bottom, causing the filter bag to swell and shake again. This kind of bulging and shaking causes the dust adhered to the filter bag to fall off and enter the ash hopper, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning the ash. The ash in the ash hopper is then discharged to the conveyor through the bottom pneumatic ash discharge valve.
3、 Structural form
This dust collector operates under negative pressure with either upper or lower air inlet through internal filtration, and uses a three state reverse air blower for dust cleaning. The main structure adopts a frame type steel structure. The equipment itself is not insulated. If insulation is required, it should be specified when ordering.
