1、 Product Overview:
The HZTG-XZ power frequency inductive resonance test device is mainly designed and manufactured for the AC withstand voltage test of 11kV/30MW hydroelectric generators. The reactor adopts two separate designs. The device mainly consists of a variable frequency control power supply, an excitation transformer, a reactor, and a capacitive voltage divider.
Product alias: Power frequency resonance, power frequency series resonance, inductive series resonance, power frequency inductive series resonance, series resonance transformer, series resonance test equipment, generator AC withstand voltage resonance boosting device.
2、 Product features:
1. The device has protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, zero start, and system detuning (flashing). The overvoltage and overcurrent protection values can be set according to user needs to trigger the flashing protection action when the test sample breaks down and flashes, and the flashing voltage value can be recorded for experimental analysis
2. The entire device is lightweight, with a maximum weight of no more than 40kg, making it easy to move and transport on site
3. The device has four working modes for users to flexibly choose to increase the test speed according to the on-site situation. The working modes are: fully automatic mode, manual mode, automatic tuning, and manual boost mode
4. The data numbers that can store and print data from different locations are numerical and convenient for users to identify and search
5. When the device automatically scans the frequency, the starting point of the frequency can be set arbitrarily within the specified range. The scanning direction can be selected upwards or downwards, and the scanning curve is displayed on the LCD screen for users to intuitively understand whether the resonance point has been found.
6. The use of DSP platform technology allows for easy addition and removal of functions and upgrades according to user needs, making the human-machine exchange interface more user-friendly.
