4. Technical parameters

5. Reliability testing

5.1 High temperature test: Place the sample in an environment of 100 ± 5 ℃ for 1000 hours.

5.2 Low temperature test: Place the sample in an environment of -30 ± 5 ℃ for 1000 hours.

5.3 Steady state Damp Heat Test: Place the sample in an environment with a temperature of 40 ± 5 ℃ and a humidity of 90% -95% for a duration of 1000 hours.

5.4 Temperature cycle test: -20 ± 5 ℃/15 minutes -1 minute at room temperature -80 ± 5 ℃/15 minutes is one cycle, a total of 100 cycles are performed.

After the above experiments, the change rate of resistance value to the initial value is within ± 2%, and the change rate of B value is within ± 2%, which meets the requirements.

6. Mechanical properties

6.1 Tensile test: Load 9.8N/1KGF for 1 minute, and there should be no cracking, deformation, or damage at the junction of the wires.

6.2 Landing test: At a height of 1 meter, the product is allowed to freely fall onto a 10mm thick oak board for 5 times without any damage to its appearance.
