
Application of tire mold oven:
Due to the large size of the tire gypsum mold and the need for splicing and repair, this drying process requires secondary drying before pouring. Developing a scientifically reasonable drying process is not only beneficial for the rapid drying of molds, but also ensures that tire gypsum molds will not crack due to rapid drying. It is generally recommended to use a high drying temperature of 220 ℃, and the specific drying procedure may vary depending on the size of the gypsum mold.
Purpose of tire mold oven:
The mold casting oven produced by our company is developed and produced for gypsum casting technology, with good temperature uniformity, fast heating speed, and humanized control.

An aluminum solid disk with a diameter of 1300mm and a thickness of 22mm is installed on the internal chassis of the oven, which can carry more than 800 kilograms. It is supported by a shaft with a diameter of 80mm and driven by a 0.75KW variable frequency speed motor. It is installed in the electrical box and driven by a chain. |
