The main alloy components are WC and Co. The content of WC and Co in hard alloy strips for different purposes is not consistent, and their usage range is extremely wide. Hard alloy strip is one of many materials, mainly in the shape of a strip.

The production process of alloy strips mainly includes powder milling → formulation according to the requirements of the application → wet grinding → mixing → crushing → drying → sieving → adding forming agent afterwards → re drying → sieving to obtain a mixture → granulation → HIP pressing → forming → low-pressure sintering → forming (blank) inspection → packaging → storage.

Hard alloy strips have excellent toughness, high hardness, good wear resistance, high elastic modulus, high compressive strength, good chemical stability (acid, alkali, high temperature oxidation), low impact toughness, low coefficient of expansion, and thermal and electrical conductivity similar to iron and its alloys.
