Installation and trial operation
1During installation, ensure that the body is straight, the drive shaft and the driven shaft are parallel, the inner wall of the groove should be smooth, and wear-resistant cast stone slabs can be laid at the bottom. The pressure roller and plate chain should have good contact and flexible rotation.
2After installation, it should be run without load first1-2Hours, no abnormal phenomena, water can be injected into the tank for no-load operation test1-2Normal operation can only be carried out after hours without any abnormal phenomena. Under normal circumstances, it should not be started with a load.
During trial operation, attention should be paid to:
（1）Each lubrication part should be adequately lubricated
（2）All connecting parts must not be loose
（3）The tension of the plate chain is moderate and runs smoothly.
3After installation, immerse the boiler slag outlet into the slag groove underwater80-200mmThe float valve can automatically control the water level and continuously replenish water consumption.
