The high-pressure spray equipment is mainly composed of high-pressure pump, nozzle, water treatment device, etc. At present, the commonly used swirl nozzles in foreign countries have defects such as large mist particles, poor fogging performance, and easy water accumulation when spraying mist.
Spray dust fall is mainly the collision capture and condensation sedimentation of fog droplets and dust particles. Through research and analysis, the factors that have a greater impact on the amount of dust deposition are mainly as follows: the relative speed of fog droplets and dust, the dust collection efficiency of isolated droplets, dust concentration, the area of the capture area, the water content of the space volume, the area of fog droplets, and the volume of fog droplets. It was found from the experiment that the smaller the droplet size, the higher the dust reduction efficiency, and the higher the water supply pressure, the higher the dust reduction efficiency.
Three induction control methods for high-pressure atomization dust reduction equipment:
1. Dust concentration sensing

2. Infrared induction

3. Time sensitivity

As the droplet size becomes smaller, the probability of agglomeration increases, and the "filtering" effect of water mist on dust is formed.

The high-pressure micro mist dust suppression system directly pressurizes water to 80-150kg/cm3, and water is sprayed out of the equipment in the form of micro mist (water mist particles with a diameter<10 μ m) under high pressure. When the size of water mist particles is comparable to that of dust particles, water mist particles and dust particles are prone to agglomerate and begin to settle under the action of gravity, and then fall to the ground.

When a large number of small water droplets form a mist that completely covers the dust source, a very good dust suppression effect can be achieved. The micro fog dust suppression system uses high pressure to atomize water into water mist below 10 μ m, forming a mist cloud above the dust point that completely covers the dust point. This way, when the material is dusty, the dust completely enters the mist cloud, fully combines with the water mist, and gradually increases, falling to the ground under the action of gravity.
