The national drum, guide, and tunnel ventilation fans look to Zibo, and Zibo looks to "Fujiang" fans. After years of effort, Fujiang fans have developed a streamlined equipment system in the factory, including automatic CNC cutting, hydraulic shearing machines, automatic rolling and spinning, mold pressing at the fan inlet and front plate, and electromagnetic heating for bearing installation. Each fan sold by our factory undergoes strict start-up testing before leaving the factory to ensure the effectiveness and service life of each fan.
purpose
The 8-09 and 9-12 high-pressure centrifugal fans are specifically designed for iron smelting furnaces, and are suitable for the blowing performance requirements of iron smelting furnaces with melting rates of 1L/h, 2L/h, 3L/h, 5L/h, and 7L/h. This fan can also be used as a blower for various furnaces and forging furnaces, and is also suitable for conveying air and gases that are non corrosive, non self igniting, and do not contain viscous substances. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium shall not exceed 150mg/m3.

The 8-09 fan is a single suction fan, with 5 machine numbers including No.6.8A, 7.1D, 8D, 8.5D, and 9D. The 9-12 fan is a single suction fan, with 5 machine numbers including No.6.8A, 7.1A, 7.7A, 8D, and 9D.
Both 8-09 and 9-12 types of fans can be made to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. Looking from one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a clockwise rotating fan, represented by "clockwise"; Rotate counterclockwise, known as counterclockwise rotating fan, represented by "counterclockwise".
The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing, and both "forward" and "reverse" fans can be made into three angles: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °.
Structural characteristics
The 8-09 and 9-12 fans are composed of impellers, casings, air intakes, transmission components, seals, and machine bases. For the 8-09 model, a partial assembly structure is used, while for other models, an integral structure is used.
The impeller blade shape is designed according to the new high-efficiency forward fan theory. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
The casing is welded with ordinary steel plates to form a snail shell as a whole.
The air inlet is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure and fixed to the front cover plate group with bolts.
The transmission system consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, coupling, and other components. The spindle is made of high-quality steel. For 8-09 type No.7.1D and 8D, rolling bearing grease is used for lubrication, while for 8-09 type No.8.5 and 9, rolling bearing oil is used for lubrication.
Performance and Selection
The parameters listed in the performance tables of 8-09 and 9-12 fans are calculated based on the air medium at t=20 ℃, atmospheric pressure pa=101.3 × 103Pa, and gas density ρ=1.2kg/m3. If the usage conditions do not meet the above conditions, the performance should be calculated according to the corresponding formula.
