There are three manual book modes to choose from: manual book mode (top feed): the paper of the manual book is placed on top of the book produced by the page matching machine. Hand placed book mode (bottom feeding): The paper for hand placed books is under the books produced by the page setter. Insert the book into the book in one handed mode. The digital paper supply module has a marking sensor, which can be placed at any position without affecting the layout.
The digital paper feeding module is an open paper feeding platform that can provide real-time visibility of the paper feeding status and supports emergency task insertion.

Ride booking
When the wire pool becomes empty or stuck, the wire feed sensor sends a reminder and the system stops to prevent the production of books without rider orders. To ensure quality, Hohne nail heads are used. The position and distance of the ride booking are automatically set based on the input size.

Connected tower type suction and page feeding module: 20 grid double towers are used for simultaneous page feeding, adopting suction rotor feeding method and equipped with independent air pump. The paper feeding module adopts 36cm double tray, which can be staggered left and right or vertically fed, and has online non-stop automatic waste discharge function.
Breaking and cutting
