What is a tire bead?
Also known as Zikou. The part of a tire that is installed on the wheel rim. Has high strength, the structure should be tight and sturdy, and not easily deformed.

Tire bead wire exhaust gas treatment plan:
The wastewater treatment system is used to treat the waste water and residue in the production of tire bead steel wire, reducing the concentration of Cu2+in the wastewater from 200 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L, meeting the first level discharge standard of GB 8978-1996 "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard".
The acid mist purification tower is used to treat the waste gas in production, reducing the mass concentration of HCl in the waste gas from 400 mg/m3 to 18 mg/m3 with a purification efficiency of 96%. The mass concentration of H2SO4 is reduced from 200 mg/m3 to 16 mg/m3 with a purification efficiency of 92%, meeting the requirements of GB 16297-1996 "Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollution".
