The IPX waterproof rating series testing equipment is based on IEC60529、IEC60598、IEC60335、IEC 60034-5:2000、GB2423、GB7000.1、GB4208-1993<< Design and manufacture according to standards such as the protection level of enclosures>>, GB/T 4942.1-2006 Classification of Protection Levels (IP Code) for the Overall Structure of Rotating Electrical Machines, GB/T 4942.2-93 Protection Levels for Low Voltage Electrical Enclosures, etc. This device is widely used for waterproof testing purposes in the shell protection levels (IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, IPX6, IPX7, IPX8) of electrical, electronic, and lighting products by certification and testing institutions and related quality control departments.

Complete IPXWaterproof testing equipment includes:
1. IPX1/2 vertical drip test equipment (with a rotating sample table tilted at 15 degrees);
2. IPX3/4 intelligent swing pipe water spraying test equipment (with electric follow-up automatic turntable);
3. IPX5/6 flushing test equipment (with water supply device and ф 6.3mm and ф 12.5mm nozzles);
4. IPX7 immersion specific water tank (with stair treads, water level display, etc.);
5. IPX7/8 waterproof test equipment (Æ 500mm × 1000mm);

According to the specific requirements of the customer, this set of equipment includes IPX1~8 functions.

According to the degree of automation of the entire system, the configuration is as follows:
1IPX3/4 adopts fully automatic control system, which includes servo system, PLC and intelligent touch screen. And it can automatically set and adjust various parameters such as swing tube angle, speed, pressure, etc.
IIThe remaining equipment adopts semi-automatic mode, and the water flow of each waterproof equipment is adjusted manually through valves and reflux. The control method adopts centralized touch screen control.
1. Swing tube specifications: R400mm, R600mm, R800mm, R1000mm, R1200mm, R1400mm, R1600m can choose any two;
2. Spray nozzle angle: 1200 (IPX3), 1800 (IPX4), achieved by using a water blocking plate. When converting to IPX3/4, there is no need to replace the swing pipe. Simply block the corresponding angle of the water outlet with a water blocking plate and fix it;
3. Material of swing tube: stainless steel, inner diameter of swing tube: Φ 15mm;
4. Spray nozzle aperture: ￠ 0.4MM;
5. Spray nozzle: Made of stainless steel, easy to disassemble and replace. Embedded positioning ball for easy adjustment of water spray angle;
6. Swing angle of swing tube: 1200 (IPX3), 1800, approximately 3600 Automatic adjustment:
Fully automatic use of imported servo motors in conjunction with specialized reducers, allowing for arbitrary angle setting on the human-machine interface, and the ability to preset several commonly used angles and testing processes through programming;
7. Automatic turntable: turntable radius R300mm; Rotation speed of 1-5rpm (programmable automatic setting, variable frequency adjustable), adjustable height (800-1400mm adjustable), with imported follow-up waterproof socket, convenient for sample power on testing;
8. Test and power on time: The touch screen is used to automatically set and control the entire process.
