The fault isolator module automatically isolates short circuits between wires in the SLC circuit. When a short circuit fault occurs in the SLC circuit, the fault isolator can limit the number of detectors affected by the fault. After the short circuit condition is eliminated, the faulty isolator module will automatically reconnect the isolation part in the SLC circuit. The fault isolator module does not require any address settings and is fully automated. The fault isolator module is installed in a standard junction box 4 inches deep, surface mounted box, or fire alarm controller. It comes with an LED that flashes when the isolator is operating normally and stays on when a short circuit is detected and isolated. Each relay base is equivalent to 3.5 devices, and each B501 base and each intelligent module is equivalent to one device. Up to 25 devices can be connected between ISO-X isolators. (Module installation box needs to be ordered separately)
