Brief introduction
The CYB623 series industrial digital differential pressure transmitter uses high-precision and high stability dual isolation diaphragm differential pressure sensors. Through strict and precise temperature compensation, signal amplification, V/I conversion, the pressure difference, flow rate and other parameters are reliably converted into industrial standard signal outputs. This product adopts an industrial explosion-proof shell and a three-and-a-half-inch LED on-site display, suitable for differential pressure control in general industrial sites.
This product has been screened through long-term aging and stability assessment processes, and has functions such as resistance to overvoltage, overcurrent, reverse, lightning strikes, and electromagnetic interference, with high cost-effectiveness. The product has stable and reliable performance, easy installation, and is widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, hydrogeology, etc. It realizes automatic measurement and control of differential pressure, liquid level, and flow rate in industrial processes.

5、 Installation and use
The installation and connection of the differential pressure transmitter are shown in the figure. The transmitter is fixedly installed, and the high and low medium pressures are introduced into the "H" high pressure chamber and "L" low pressure chamber of the transmitter through the pressure pipe and balance valve. Pay attention to the static pressure parameters and strictly prohibit one-way overload pressurization and pressure resistance to avoid damage.
