The flame monitoring system is a set of flame monitoring systems that monitor and identify whether flammable materials such as fuel warehouses, waste dumps, paper, and charcoal have spontaneously ignited. The performance of this system is very reliable.
Waste disposal sites are most prone to combustion, which may be caused by spontaneous combustion and pose significant hazards to both the environment and humans. The flame early warning system based on infrared thermal imaging can effectively prevent the occurrence of such disasters.
The well-known high-performance infrared thermal imager YROVIEW380L and powerful WINDOWS ®- The integrated software PYROSOFT FDS can be used to identify early flame occurrences and prevent fires through infrared thermography.

The infrared thermal imager PYROVEW 380L is installed on the monitoring pan tilt, automatically monitoring the surface temperature distribution continuously according to the user's specified area and conducting quantitative temperature analysis.
The software PYROSOFT FDS can automatically monitor the temperature distribution within the region of interest (ROI). Once a temperature point in the area exceeds the set upper temperature limit, an alarm will be triggered and the screen will be saved to the computer.
The high temperature alarm and system status will be displayed on the monitor and control panel. External alarm devices and fire protection systems are controlled through input-output systems.

Application and installation
The software PYROLOFT FDS is easy to operate throughout the installation process and offers the following options:

Display the maximum temperature point in the entire image
• Custom ROI (Region of Interest)
• Overview of images or observation of a single area
Up to 4 infrared thermal imagers for cyclic monitoring

Flame monitoring, flame detection
Infrared thermal imaging images are displayed in pseudo color grayscale mode; The brighter the color of the image, the higher the temperature in that area. Once a certain area exceeds the preset temperature limit, the area turns red, and the operator can immediately identify the source of the flame and extinguish it.

As shown in the left figure, the infrared thermal image shows the situation where the waste paper warehouse has just caught fire. Because the high temperature point was detected early and the fire department was notified to immediately start extinguishing the fire, the fire could be extinguished in a timely and effective manner, while avoiding material loss.
