Composition of organic solvent recovery equipment:
It consists of exhaust gas pretreatment section, main fan, adsorption section, desorption section, condensation separation section, and intelligent control system. The exhaust gas pretreatment section consists of a filter and a cooler. The adsorption part is composed of adsorption tanks, which alternate adsorption and desorption in a cyclic manner to ensure continuous recovery of solvent waste gas. The adsorption tank activated carbon bed is equipped with temperature measurement points to ensure the safe operation of the recovery device. The desorption part consists of a vacuum fan, a cooler, and a vapor-liquid separator, which plays a role in desorption (analysis) and cooling drying of the activated carbon layer. The entire operation process of the recycling device is controlled by an intelligent control system, which consists of PLC, touch screen, frequency converter, solenoid valve, pneumatic valve, pneumatic pump, and various sensors.
