Installation method

The door can be opened and closed in two ways: inward opening and outward opening. The installation method is shown in the following figure:

According to the above diagram, it can be seen that when installing pulse locks on the inner and outer doors, their large locking tongues must be replaced. The following are the detailed steps for replacing the large lock tongue:

Attention should be paid to the installation of pulse electric control locks: the elevation must be uniform, and the height of the lock position on the door must be consistent;

Installation steps

(1) Determine the drilling position based on the "installation hole diagram" according to the "left door and right door opening". (Installation hole diagram is included with the product packaging)

(2) Unscrew the cover screws and remove the cover; When removing the cover, be careful not to damage the surface paint or deform the cover.

(3) Install the lock cylinder, card reading coil, and internal lock body in the positions where the holes have been drilled. Considering whether the installation firmness meets the requirements, in more cases, it is necessary to weld to doors with metal surfaces, and the welding operation must be carried out by personnel with engineering construction permits.

Note: Install the lock body onto the door leaf with matching screws, and fasten the lock buckle to the door frame. The distance between the tongue surface of the lock body and the tongue surface of the lock buckle is about 6 millimeters. The spacing is too small to easily open the door; If the spacing is too large, it will affect the locking strength due to the short length of the lock tongue entering the lock buckle.

(4) If equipped with a door closer, observe whether the installation of the lock and the fit of the door closer are ideal. If you find that there is a lot of noise or the door cannot be locked when closing, you can use a 12th wrench or pliers to twist the hexagonal screw angle, repeatedly adjust the load spring to make the "small lock tongue" tighten properly, in order to make the opening and closing of the door balanced and natural.

(5) After closing the door, make sure to push the large lock tongue into the lock body.

(6) Connect the lead wires at both ends of the lock to the corresponding accessories according to the "Wiring Definition Diagram" above, and connect a 12V DC power supply with a power greater than 20W.

(8) If the door cannot be opened when powered on, please check the installation of the door lock, carefully read the installation manual and wiring instructions, and carefully check whether the wiring is correct and whether the installation is appropriate. Confirm that it is a quality issue with the lock before replacing it.

(9) Insert the corresponding lock terminal block and cover the removed lock surface cover.

3Precautions

(1) During the installation process, first mark the hole positions according to the lock hole positioning sticker. When drilling the center hole, pay attention to using a small drill bit to determine the center hole positions on both sides of the door panel, and then drill the holes with a lock head to ensure that the inner and outer holes of the door panel are concentric.

(2) When installing the lock body in an outdoor environment, be sure to attach the coil waterproof ring and lock body waterproof pad;

(3) Firstly, install the lock cylinder. During installation, special attention should be paid to ensuring that the lock cylinder ruler is perpendicular and concentric with the lock cylinder rotation hole of the lock body, to ensure that the key can open the door freely after the lock body is installed; The four screws that secure the lock body must be tightened so that the lock body is parallel to the door panel.

(4) When fixing the lock cylinder, ensure that the connecting wire of the card reading coil is not crushed by the three eye plate of the fixed lock cylinder (a small gap must be filed on each side of the lock cylinder hole to place the connecting wire).

(5) When installing the three eye plate that fixes the lock core, the convex surface must be embedded into the lock core hole to ensure that the iron plate is tightly attached to the door panel.

(6) When installing the lock catch, pay attention to aligning it completely with the lock tongue and maintain a distance of 4-6mm between the lock body and the lock catch.

1. If any malfunction occurs during the warranty period of our company's products after they are sold and affects their use, customers can return the products to our company for maintenance. Our company will charge the startup maintenance fee (* * yuan/unit), labor fee (* * * yuan/unit), and hardware replacement fee for the maintenance equipment. The round-trip shipping cost of the faulty products will be borne by the customer themselves.

If the repaired equipment is unable to be repaired due to strong lightning strikes, water corrosion, or external interference, our company recommends scrapping it and purchasing new equipment. If the customer insists on repairing it, our company will not be responsible for the warranty after repair.

4On site service terms:

1. During the product warranty period, at the request of the customer, our company can provide on-site service. For any project constructed by our company, if there is a quality problem with our company's products, the cost of on-site service will be borne by our company. If the damage is caused by the customer's own improper operation or human factors, as well as external interference, the round-trip and labor costs will be borne by the customer (see Article 5 for charging standards).

2. During the product warranty period, if the project undertaken by our distributor encounters problems that the distributor cannot solve on their own and requires our company to provide on-site service, our company will charge corresponding technical support fees (see Article 5 for charging standards).

5Pricing(For detailed inquiries from relevant business personnel)

1. After sales maintenance fees for the product: startup maintenance fee of * * yuan/unit, labor fee of * * yuan/unit, and damaged components will be charged at the purchase price.

2. On site service fee: Hardware maintenance fee * * * yuan/person/day, software maintenance fee * * yuan/person/day, food and accommodation standard * * yuan/person/day (food and accommodation fees are charged separately according to the city's consumption level and the position of the next station personnel, or arranged by the customer), transportation fees are paid according to the actual amount incurred.

VIResponse time:

1. When receiving inquiries from customers regarding equipment usage, promptly respond to them, guide them in resolving their issues, and truthfully record and track the progress of problem resolution.

2. When receiving on-site technical support requests from customers, immediately handle relevant procedures and transfer them to the customer service department for arrangement, ensuring that the customer is informed of the schedule within 2 hours, and strictly follow the agreed time to rush to the site for processing (excluding transit time). If there are special circumstances that prevent the customer from rushing to the site on time (such as flight cancellation, etc.), the customer should be informed within 2 hours.

3. When receiving the customer's repaired product, the customer should be contacted within 4 hours of receiving the product to confirm the receipt status, understand the cause of the product failure, and send it to the maintenance department for inspection and analysis within 8 hours to ensure that the repair is completed within 3 working days and returned to the customer. If the product cannot be repaired on time due to special circumstances, the customer should be informed and the reason for the delay should be explained, but the maximum delay in processing should not exceed 5 working days.
