Yufeng Intelligence plans to construct an intelligent storage facility for a certain power bureau on the first floor of the Inner Mongolia Power Bureau Measurement Center Comprehensive Building, with a planned area of 252 square meters and a usable site height of 9.7 meters. The storage materials of the facility include single-phase energy meters, three-phase energy meters, procurement and control terminals, low-voltage transformers, and 10kv/35kv high-voltage transformers. The turnover box is the basic storage unit of the electric energy metering intelligent three-dimensional warehouse automated three-dimensional warehouse, and it also has barcodes and IRFID labels.

This project designs an intelligent warehouse with 3 stacker crane tunnels, 10 rows, 14 columns, and 11 layers of automated three-dimensional shelves. A total of 1540 storage locations are arranged in 10 rows, 14 columns, and 11 layers. The storage locations are packed and stacked, with 4 boxes of single-phase and three-phase meters in one stack, 2 boxes of low-voltage transformers in one stack, and no stacking of high-voltage transformers (1 35KV high-voltage transformer per pallet, 2 10KV high-voltage transformers per pallet). According to the single-phase table calculation, 73920 pieces can be stored. The shelf form adopts a cow leg type shelf, equipped with three double extension stacker cranes, which automatically run to the designated position to complete the storage and retrieval operation.
