1. Servo continuous synchronous metering system
In terms of measurement, we have developed and designed a servo continuous synchronous measurement system based on the measurement characteristics of the feeding system in the power industry. It breaks the traditional hydraulic control method and adopts a motor plunger pump structure. The synchronous structure adopts compensation design to ensure the durability of the equipment. This system has the advantages of no maintenance, cleanliness, oil-free, and low energy consumption, and has been well received in the industry
2. Digitization of equipment parameters
Many parameters of traditional feeders are not displayed. E523 digitally monitors the condition of raw materials and digitizes pressure and output speed. The pneumatic system of the feeding system is digitally regulated using an electrical proportional valve.
The above important parameters can be monitored and adjusted through the touch screen.
3. Precise injection control
The E523 liquid silicone feeding machine considers that when power product users inject products, they need to directly output the feeding machine in a quantitative manner according to the mold cavity volume, and the adaptability of the injection process needs to be considered during the injection process, which requires the ability to adjust the injection speed. Therefore, E523 not only has the ability of quantitative injection and segmented injection in its design, but also utilizes a new flow closed-loop control concept to monitor the output flow in a closed-loop manner, greatly improving injection accuracy.
This not only meets customer needs but also further reduces waste of raw materials for users.
