Industrial repair agent series: It is a polymer metal composite repair material made of metals and alloys as bone materials, used to repair and seal defects such as sand holes, pores, cracks, etc. in various metal castings, repair worn equipment parts, and seal and repair equipment under high temperature conditions. Characteristics: Wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high bonding strength with metal, easy construction operation, color can be maintained basically the same as the repaired one after repair, no shrinkage after curing, high strength, and can be used for various machining such as grinding and drilling.

Kraft K-9737 high-temperature resistant repair agent, two-component, adhesive like, filled and polymerized with ceramics, metals, etc. Long term high temperature resistance of 250 ℃, instantaneous high temperature resistance of 300 ℃. Used for repairing equipment wear, scratches, and corrosion under high temperature conditions. Such as steam pipes, heat sinks, hot oil pipes, paper drying cylinders, engine cylinder blocks, plastic molding mold repairs, etc.

Usage:

1. Surface treatment: When using repair agents to repair equipment, surface treatment is crucial. The surface to be repaired must be roughened with angular grinding wheels, sandblasting guns, etc. The rotating surface should be able to pull out fine threads. The grinding or processing temperature should be above 1mm, and then the surface to be repaired should be cleaned to ensure that it is dry, clean, and free of stains.

2. Glue mixing: Please strictly follow the prescribed ratio for mixing, stirring, and rolling, so that the mixed glue is smooth, the stripes disappear, and the color is consistent.

3. Coating; Apply the mixed repair agent to the surface to be repaired. First, apply a small amount of glue to the surface. Use a scraper or glue knife to press down and repeatedly apply the glue until the contact surface is completely immersed in the glue, filling the gap and eliminating air. Then apply the remaining glue to leave a processing allowance.

4. Curing: Refer to the product curing characteristics table below. If the temperature is below 5 ℃, use heating to cure for 2-3 hours. Then, use a heat source (such as iodine tungsten lamp, infrared lamp, spray lamp, electric furnace or other heat sources) to heat the repaired area and maintain it at a temperature of 60-80 ℃ for 3-4 hours. When heating, the heat source should not directly contact the repaired area and should be irradiated about 400mm away from the surface. Place small volume workpieces as a whole in an oven or heating furnace for heating, with a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃.

5. Post processing: After curing for a certain period of time, various mechanical processes are carried out using ordinary processing methods. Most products can be processed after curing for 8-12 hours (25 ℃).

Notes:

1Avoid using in environments where the temperature is below 5 ℃ and the humidity is above 90%. When the mixing amount is large and the ambient temperature is high, it is necessary to arrange the construction time and heat dissipation measures reasonably.

2Maintain ventilation and ensure safety according to the actual situation during use. Avoid contact with skin and eyes before curing. If accidentally touched, rinse with water and seek medical attention.
