LC series hydraulic cylinder CNC lathe system is a fully functional CNC lathe with three coordinate (two geometric axes, one tailstock drive axis) and two axis linkage, semi closed loop control. The control system of this machine tool adopts the Japanese FANUC 0i TD system and the α iF longitudinal and β iF tailstock servo drive system, equipped with RS232 standard communication interface and graphic function (with tool path graphics).
This series of machine tools adopts modular design, which can provide special functions or personalized products according to different configuration changes and user's special requirements. At the same time, it can also be equipped with turning centers or dual spindle turning center products.
Machine tool features:
Horizontal inclined 75 ° bed, high rigidity design, guide rails quenched and hardened;
Integrated design of electromechanical and hydraulic systems, compact structure, reasonable layout, easy operation and maintenance;
Adopting a high-performance spindle servo system with a wide speed range, it can achieve constant linear speed cutting;
The longitudinal and transverse drives use high-performance AC servo motors and high-precision ball screws, with high positioning accuracy and flexible and reliable movements;
Adopting an automatic centralized lubrication device, the lubrication is sufficient and reliable, and the lubrication cycle is automatically controlled;
● Equipped with a programming tailstock, it has high rotation accuracy, good follow-up performance with the spindle, convenient and reliable. It is driven by servo motors and ball screws, with a large movement stroke and fast speed. After moving to the working position, it adopts hydraulic bidirectional automatic locking positioning;
Equipped with a servo turret tool holder, it can quickly and automatically change the tool in both forward and reverse directions nearby;
The cooling system adopts a high head soft pump, which has strong chip cleaning and cooling effects;
Using hydraulic power chuck, loading and unloading are convenient and reliable, reducing the labor intensity of workers;
● Equipped with an adjustable material rack with rollers for easy loading and unloading. The adjustment handle is installed on the front for easy adjustment;
● Adopting a suspended rotatable control panel for easy operation;
The machine tool protective door is easy to push and pull, and the inner protective plate is firmly and reliably installed;
The overall structural form of the machine tool facilitates the process arrangement and accuracy assurance of cylinder components.

Processing of complex geometric shapes, numerous sizes, and high precision requirements for cylinder body parts with internal stops;
