The LCT series CNC coupling lathe is a popular type of CNC lathe with dual coordinate two axis linkage and semi closed loop control. The CNC system adopts the Japanese FANUC 0i Mate TD control system. The host adopts a horizontal integral bed base, 45 ° inclined rectangular guide rails, and plastic guide plates are attached to the bed saddle and sliding surface. The friction coefficient is small, the dynamic characteristics are good, the rigidity is strong, the chip removal performance is excellent, the waterproofing is tight, and the operation is convenient. The whole machine embodies the design concept of modularity, high performance, and high stability. Suitable for processing parts with specifications such as 2-7/8 "to 11-3/8" coupling round threads and trapezoidal threads.
LCT15 adopts an eight position electric turret tool holder, which can achieve automatic tool changing in both directions. LCT15P adopts a blade arrangement. The boring tool has a direct water outlet structure (to achieve internal cooling of the boring tool, an internal cooling structure of the boring tool rod must be used).
