LM50 five axis turning and milling composite center is a 9-axis control and 5-axis linkage CNC machine tool. The machine tool is equipped with a German SIEMENS840D CNC system; Equipped with B-axis and Y-axis; Coaxial opposed main and auxiliary spindles; A high-power, high-performance CNC milling spindle placed above the machine tool and a 12 station bidirectional power servo driven turret placed below the machine tool; A chain knife magazine that can hold 36 knives at the same time. The milling spindle and lower turret of the machine tool can be combined with any spindle to achieve composite machining and complete machining of complex parts.
Machine tool features:
The machine tool adopts a horizontal integral bed structure, a combination of 60 ° inclined guide rails and horizontal guide rails, which has the characteristics of high rigidity, easy chip removal, and reasonable structure. Each linear feed axis of the machine tool adopts German original high-precision rolling guide pairs and lead screws, which improves the motion characteristics and feed accuracy of each related feed axis;
High rigidity Y-axis, the machine tool uses two sets of guide rails to synthesize motion to achieve Y-axis feed and bear cutting force from the Y-axis, ensuring that the Y-axis has sufficient rigidity;
The main spindle is equipped with a German SIEMENS high-performance AC spindle motor, which has good low-speed characteristics and high output torque. The secondary spindle motor adopts a high-performance permanent magnet built-in synchronous motor from SIEMENS, Germany. It has the characteristics of small size, high power, low rotor heat generation, and smooth operation. The secondary spindle can quickly move axially, thus achieving the handover of workpieces between the primary and secondary spindles.
