■ Overview

The HAV Venturi angle regulating valve core adopts an upward guide structure, with a compact valve structure, low pressure drop loss, high flow rate, and wide adjustable range. Suitable for controlling fluids, slurries, viscous or flash evaporation fluids containing particles. The leakage rate of the regulating valve complies with ANSI B16.104 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with a multi spring thin film actuator, which has a compact structure and high output force. The product complies with the GB/T4213-92 standard.

Nominal diameter: 25, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150mm

Nominal pressure: ANSI 125, 150, 300, 600 JIS 10, 16, 20, 30, 40K PN1.6, 4.0, 6.4MPa

Connection type: flange sealing surface type FF RF、RJ、LG、MFM

Flange standard: JIS B2201-1984、JB/T79.1-94(PN1.6MPa)、JB/T79.2-94(PN4.0、6.4MPa)、ANSI B16.5-1981、HG20594-97、HG20618-97 etc.

Welding connection: socket welding SW (40~50mm), butt welding BW (65~200mm)

Materials: cast steel (ZG230-450), cast stainless steel (ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, SCS16), LF4, titanium, etc

Upper valve cover: room temperature type P-17~+230 ℃; Elongation type I EI -45~+566 ℃;

Elongation Type I EI -100~-45 ℃ -196~-100 ℃, note: The working temperature should not exceed the allowable range of various materials.

Cover type: bolt compression type

Packing: V-shaped PTFE packing, PTFE impregnated asbestos packing, asbestos braided packing, graphite packing
