The LXSZ photoelectric direct reading (direct drinking water) remote water meter (hereinafter referred to as the direct reading remote water meter) is a self-developed direct reading remote water meter that is convenient for remote meter reading and control, designed to meet the practical needs of daily water use. It adopts M-BUS/RS485 bus communication to achieve remote direct reading of water meter usage, effectively avoiding the need for management departments to come to the door for meter reading. This product also has valve control function (optional), which facilitates the management department to control the water usage of the direct reading remote water meter, making remote meter reading and control more convenient and reliable. While saving manpower, material resources, and financial resources, it effectively improves productivity.
This direct reading remote water meter is used for measuring the total volume of direct drinking water flowing through a purified drinking water channel in a household or residential unit. It complies with GB/T778-2007 "Measurement of Water Flow in Closed Full Pipelines - Drinking Cold Water and Hot Water Meters" and ISO 4064:2005 standards. The communication protocol follows the requirements of CJ/T188-2004 "Technical Conditions for Data Transmission of Household Measuring Instruments" or DL/T645-1997 "Communication Protocol for Multi functional Electric Energy Meters", and can also be customized according to customer needs.

Performance characteristics

Due to the direct reading of character wheel data, compared with traditional pulse remote water meters, there is no need to set parameters such as meter base number and meter constant, and there is no cumulative reading error. The mechanical and electronic readings remain completely consistent, and there is no situation where the two readings are inconsistent due to cumulative error or water meter inversion;
Using a 4+3 counting mode, with 4 integers and 3 decimal places, the accuracy can reach 0.001m ³.
Adopting a volumetric measurement method and recording with piston rotation, it has extremely high sensitivity.
Adopting a low-power design, power is only required for reading.
Adopting advanced data encoding and verification methods, the communication reliability is high.
Combined with the upper computer system, establish a remote automatic meter reading management system to truly achieve meter reading and management automation.
The electronic reading device does not affect the measurement accuracy of the original instrument.
Each table has a unique address code, bus connection, and simple wiring.
The direct reading remote water meter with valve control can also be remotely controlled by management software to stop or restore water supply by opening and closing the water meter valve.
Remote meter reading system: Both PC and mobile phones can support it.

Maximum allowable error

The maximum allowable error in the low zone, including the minimum flow rate and excluding the boundary flow rate, is ± 5%.
The maximum allowable error from including the boundary flow to including the maximum flow in the high zone is ± 2%.
