1 Overview of LY Vertical Long Axis Submerged Pump
Long axis submersible pumps are suitable for conveying various corrosive media such as conveyor belt particles, high viscosity, strong acids, alkalis, salts, and strong oxidants. The new submersible pump is suitable for transporting various lightweight media such as flammable and explosive materials. The traditional submersible pump is made of corrosion-resistant materials for its housing, outlet pipe, and overcurrent components. The motor part is placed on the liquid surface, and the pump part is placed below the liquid surface, which has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, no blockage, and high temperature resistance. The new submersible pump is made of special materials for the pump body, motor, and overcurrent components. The motor and pump parts are coaxially connected and placed under the liquid surface, which has the characteristics of maintenance free, high explosion-proof, zero zone use, and low energy consumption. LY type long axis submersible pump is a vertical centrifugal pump suitable for various industries such as chemical, petroleum, power, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, environmental protection, etc. It can be used for transporting corrosive liquids and liquids containing a certain amount of solid particles. 2 Structural characteristics of LY vertical long axis submersible pump
2. The rotor components can be adjusted axially;
3. The rotor components are supported by multiple points, ensuring safe and reliable pump operation;
4. Sliding bearings adopt external lubrication or self-lubricating;
5. When the pump is started, the impeller is already immersed in the medium, making it easy to start and there is no problem of exhaust or suction;
6. Adopting a double ended volute pump body (with a diameter of 80mm), the rotor components are subjected to small radial forces, the shaft deflection is small, the sliding bearing wear is small, and the service life is long;
7. From the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
3 The main use of LY vertical long shaft submersible pump
Long shaft pumps are mainly used to transport clean water and wastewater containing certain solid particles (such as iron filings, sand particles, coal powder, etc.), corrosive industrial wastewater, and seawater. Widely used in primary water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, metallurgical and steel industries (especially in the industry where iron oxide skin water is transported by vortex tanks), power plants, mines, municipal engineering, and agricultural water conservancy projects.
