Large scale integrated monitoring system (HiaSCADA)
HiaSSCADA is a new generation of integrated monitoring system independently developed by Hollysys based on more than 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of industrial monitoring systems. It introduces advanced Internet technologies such as virtualization, parallel computing, load balancing, microservices, containers, big data processing, and has developed industrial production monitoring technologies such as visual monitoring, real-time production scheduling, industrial mechanism modeling, equipment fault diagnosis, disaster tolerance and fault tolerance, to achieve the integration of industrial technology and ICT technology. HiaSCADA can not only be applied in the fields of national economic infrastructure such as energy, rail transit, municipal engineering, water conservancy, and long-distance oil and gas pipelines, but also serve as an integrated development platform for the Internet of Things and industrial data, applied to smart factories and digital workshops, realizing the digitization of core elements of industrial production such as human-machine, material, method, and environment, establishing a two-way data connection between production facilities and information systems, and providing a basic support platform for the realization of intelligent manufacturing.
