Long diameter nozzleMainly used in high-voltage or high-temperature high-pressure situations in the power industry, this classic design is adopted for main steam, main feedwater or desuperheating water. It has the characteristics of wide range ratio, high accuracy, small pressure loss, and long service life. The long diameter nozzle is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T2624-93 and verified according to the national standard JJG640-94, without the need for actual flow calibration.
• Scope of application
• 1. Nominal diameter: 50mm ≤ DN ≤ 630mm
2. Nominal pressure: PN ≤ 32MPa
3. Reynolds number range: 1 × 104 ≤ Red ≤ 1 × 107
4. Aperture ratio β: 0.2 ≤ β ≤ 0.8
5. Accuracy: Level 0.5, Level 1
• Structural form
The long diameter nozzle consists of an inlet contraction part A, a cylindrical throat B, and a downstream end plane C, and its pressure measurement method is D-D/2.
There are two forms of long diameter nozzles: high ratio nozzles 0.25 ≤β ≤ 0.8
Low ratio nozzle 0.20 ≤ β ≤ 0.5
When the β value is between 0.25 and 0.5, any type of long diameter nozzle structure can be used
