The MDL-60A, MDL-80D, MDL-100D, and MDL-120D crawler deep foundation pit anchoring drilling machines are efficient drilling machines developed for anchoring, rotary jetting, and dewatering of domestic subways, high-rise buildings, airports, ground source heat pumps, and other deep foundation pits. Their main features are as follows:
1. Suitable for the following construction processes
1.1 Anchoring can be suitable for drilling methods such as drill pipe drilling, casing drilling, and composite drilling with drill pipe and casing.
1.2 Spinning spray can be suitable for single, double, triple spinning spray and other construction methods.
By configuring different modules, it can be suitable for the following construction processes
1.3 Foundation pit dewatering
1.4 Micro cast-in-place pile
1.5 Survey (equipped with winch module and orifice device module, capable of conducting survey construction within 100 meters)
1.6 Static Cone Penetration Test (5T Static Cone Penetration Test)
1.7 Dynamic probing
2. Torque and speed can be reasonably matched according to actual needs. The propulsion frame has a stroke of 3.4 meters and can be used for 3-meter drilling with drill rods and casing. Rotary devices with corresponding torque can be configured according to different geological formations, improving the adaptability of the drilling rig.
3. Equipped with a tracked chassis, a high-level rotating platform, a large-diameter leg oil cylinder, a 0.9-meter slide, and an orifice support device, the drilling rig is extremely convenient for displacement and positioning, and stable and reliable during drilling.
4. Equipped with a clamp and release device, it reduces labor intensity and increases efficiency when loading and unloading drill rods and casings.
5. We have developed corresponding drilling tools that can meet the following construction techniques.
5.1 Three wing drill bit drilling, mud discharge.
5.2 Air submersible hammer drilling, air slag discharge. (High configuration cost, air compressor with a capacity of over 15 cubic meters, submersible air hammer, and high pollution)
5.3 Drilling with hydraulic hammer at the bottom of the hole, sludge discharge. (Low configuration cost, equipped with BW-320 pump, hydraulic hammer, and minimal pollution)
5.4 Casing drilling
5.5 Drill pipe and casing composite drilling.
5.6 Single, double, triple rotary spraying, fixed spraying, swing spraying and other rotary spraying processes.
