The overcurrent components of this series of pumps are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance (ranking first among various plastics), and strong impact resistance. The sealing of the pump adopts various sealing forms such as mechanical seal, power seal, and packing seal, which can transport acid and alkali clear liquids, slurry containing solid particles, and sewage containing various impurities. Especially in transporting corrosive liquids containing fine particles and transporting hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, concentrated alkali, etc., it has shown excellent performance.
The pump is suitable for temperatures ranging from 50 ℃ to 80 ℃. After replacing the impeller and pump body with other engineering plastics (polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF, chlorinated polyether), the applicable temperature can reach 120 ℃.
The MFU (FUH) series pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single suction, and bracket centrifugal pumps.
