M31 is a manual measurement station developed for use in workshop environmentsMeasuring car connecting rods.
The measuring station conducts complex measurements by obtaining data from two measurement sections of the piston pin hole and crankshaft hole respectively; Each measurement section is equipped with four contacts placed 90 degrees apart.
The content that can be detected by the measuring station is as follows:
- Piston pin hole and crankshaft hole inner diameter
- thickness
- ovality
- conicity
- center distance
- Verticality across the hole
- Distortion degree
- Curvature

Measurement stations can work in harsh environments and can be customized to inspect single part types, or configured with interchangeable structures to detect different part types.
The workpiece can be moved to the measurement position through a mechanical lifting structure driven by manual or pneumatic systems.
