IIIStructural principles and design features:

This instrument is fixed with an eccentric heavy hammer at the shaft end of the micro motor. When the motor rotates, it generates an eccentric torque, which reacts to the hoop shaped rubber suspension, causing it to vibrate and form a displacement of up and down, left and right, and front and back movements, forming a periodic motion trajectory of a closed spiral line. This causes the material points reflected in the micro holes of the concave glass plate of the tray to continuously move in the direction of the vibration trajectory, achieving uniform mixing. The DC motor of this instrument adopts silicon speed regulation, with a simple and reliable circuit. This instrument is easy to operate, highly sensitive, requires less medication and blood, and has a fast detection speed.
