The square emulsifying tank adopts a bottom impeller that rotates at high speed, allowing materials to be quickly and efficiently mixed under physical effects such as stirring, squeezing, and shearing. It is suitable for mixing sugar, starch, milk powder, egg powder products, emulsifiers, stabilizers, and thickeners. In terms of structural design, our company adopts R-arc transition without any sanitary dead corners; At the same time, continuous improvements are made to the sealing structure of the bottom stirring to extend the service life of mechanical seals and bearings, saving customers on usage costs.
Working principle of square emulsion tank:
Using a high-speed motor to drive the bottom shear head of the tank and move the animal material as a whole. Quickly and efficiently mix materials through physical processes such as stirring, squeezing, and shearing.
