1. The whole machine adopts a stainless steel structure, and all parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel to ensure compliance with international hygiene standards;
2. This machine is powered by compressed air. Using pneumatic as the working power of the equipment, it is composed of storage materials, control panel, plunger pump, directional valve, as well as cylinders, pneumatic valves, air purifiers, air compressors, etc;
3. The hot pot base packaging production line can be controlled by operators using foot pedals or equipped with photoelectric sensing switches to automatically measure and dispense materials in one go. The material can be directly poured into the container to complete one action;
4. The fully automatic hot pot base packaging line has a discharge valve control system, which uses unique technology to fill semi fluid and viscous bodies containing large solid substances, as well as mixed sauce bodies separated from oil, water, and ingredients;
